LOST PACKAGES

Please contact USPS or your international post if you are to have any concerns regarding your order. Double check your address before confirming your order and also verify that it is correct and complete on your confirmation invoice. If your address is inaccurate, the package will be sent out and returned back to KenzieeKreationzz.

No Delivery?

If your package was marked as delivered, and you claim that it was not received, you will need to file a claim with USPS. Many times it will arrive within 24 hours as the delivery may have gotten pushed to the next business day due to high shipment volume. Once the package has been marked delivered, KenzieeKreationzz is not liable for lost/stolen packages.
